Mobility WOD

So WOD stands for workout of the day. It’s common parlance in the Crossfit scene. There is one particular cross fitter that I think is spectacular. Or at least I think the workouts he’s put on youtube are spectacular. They aren’t workouts like push ups and sit ups they are mobility workouts.
